How to set up your CalleArteMas store step by step
Welcome to CalleArteMas, the ideal space for independent artists to sell their works without elitist intermediaries and with total autonomy. Setting up your store from your mobile is a simple and quick process that will allow you to start selling your works without complications. In this step-by-step guide, you will learn how to register your store, complete the essential settings, upload your products with quality images and manage your orders from anywhere. Whether you are new to the platform or already have experience selling art online, this tutorial will help you optimize every detail of your store and make the most of all the tools that CalleArteMas puts at your disposal. Follow each step carefully and get ready to share your art with the world in a professional, easy and barrier-free way.
Access CalleArteMas and tap the three horizontal lines icon on the top right to open the menu (see image ?).
From the menu, select “My Account”.
If you don’t have an account, choose “Become a seller” and fill in the form with your email, store name and password.
Click “Register” to complete the process.
Important: You will receive an email with a verification link, but this is just a formality. You can start setting up and using your store without verifying the email right away.
From the home page, tap the three horizontal lines icon and go to “My Account”.
Click on“My account” again. You may feel like you’ve done that before, and you have, but this is the process for a secure two-step registration.
Click on any tab to view your control panel.
Confirm the registration and you will be taken to your desktop panel.
Click on the 3 horizontal stripes at the top left and a vertical menu will be displayed.
In “Settings” in the menu of your store.
Complete the store data:
Name and description
Contact e-mail
Location and payment methods
Store policies or use our default policy.
Save the changes.
Complete by filling in all the available fields until the progress bar is at or near 100%, as some fields can be left as default. Such as store policies, VAT, etc.
Within the control panel, go to “Products” and click on the box icon to add a new product.
Complete the details:
Title of the work
Brief description (technical specifications, measurements and key details)
Long description (history, inspiration for the work, etc.)
Price
Stock on hand (if limited edition)
SKU (unique identification code to facilitate inventory management)
Shipping configuration (Very important to avoid problems with carriers or couriers)
NoteThe SKU is essential to identify each job within the system and avoid errors in inventory management.
Go to “Payment methods” in your store panel.
Choose how you want to receive payments from CalleArteMas. This is not the way the customer will pay. Again, it is the way you decide how to receive payment from CalleArteMas for your sales: Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer.
Complete the data and save the configuration.
Important: Payments are processed according to the selected option.
In the product configuration, go to the “Shipping” tab.
Enter the required data:
Weight and dimensions of the closed “package”.
Shipping costs depending on the area.
Preferred delivery method.
ImportantThis configuration is key to avoid problems with carriers and ensure a smooth delivery.
Once all the details are set, scroll down and click “Publish”.
If you are not yet ready to publish, you can save it as a draft.
Common problem: In some mobile browsers, the “Publish” button may be hidden under the footer of the page. Be sure to scroll down or adjust your view to see it.
Your store is ready!
Now that you have completed the steps, you can start selling art on CalleArteMas. Keep your store active, check your settings periodically and continue to optimize your presence on the platform.
