How do I register as an artist in CalleArte+?
Go to the home page, Login and follow the instructions or from the footer select Login. Complete the form and follow the steps indicated.
What do I do if I forget my password?
On the login page, click on “Forgot my password?” and follow the instructions to reset it.
How do I buy a work on CalleArte+?
Browse the store, select the artwork you wish to purchase and add it to the cart. Complete the checkout process by providing the requested data.
Can I return a work if I am not satisfied?
Yes, please refer to the Return Policy for requirements and deadlines.
What payment systems are available in CalleArte+?
The platform currently supports payment methods such as Stripe, PayPal and bank transfer to facilitate secure transactions. If you do not have access to these services, you can manage face-to-face sales using the “Pickup” option.
What shipping and pick-up options are available?
In CalleArte+, you can configure your mailings according to your needs. For example:

Pick up: Buyers can pick up the artworks directly at the address you specify.

Shipping: You can manage shipments through postal services or couriers, depending on your possibilities.
Can I manage the store from my cell phone?
Yes! The new version of CalleArte+ is optimized for mobile devices, which means you can easily upload artwork, update information and manage your store from your phone.
How does the CalleArte+ store work?
The CalleArte+ store allows artists to create their own personal space where they can upload and sell their artwork. You can manage your store directly from the platform, configuring options such as pricing, shipping and pick-up methods, and customizing its design to reflect your artistic style.
Do I need to register to purchase?
Yes, registration is required to ensure transaction security and order tracking.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit/debit cards, Stripe and PayPal.
What do I do if a customer requests a refund?
Go to the Refunds tab on your desktop and follow the instructions to manage the request.
How can I promote my store on social networks?
Share the direct link to your store and post engaging visual content about your artwork. Use popular art-related hashtags.
What kind of buyers can be interested in my works through the platform?
CalleArte+ is a global platform, which means that your works can reach collectors, tourists, art lovers and local or international buyers interested in discovering emerging talent.
Are the stores in CalleArte+ really free?
Yes, the first 100 stores on CalleArte+ are free for life. After they are sold out, the stores will be available under a token rental model to cover maintenance costs.
Does CalleArte+ help promote artists?
Yes, CalleArte+ is committed to giving visibility to emerging artists through our social networks, virtual exhibitions and featured events. You can also share your store link to attract more buyers.
If I don't have access to Stripe, PayPal or a bank account, can I sell my artwork in person?
Of course! With the “Pickup” option, buyers can complete the transaction directly with you. This is ideal if you want to facilitate in-person sales or handle payments via other methods.
How do I change my membership plan?
To upgrade or change your plan, follow these steps:

Log in to the platform with your usual account.

Log in to “My Space”, your selling artist’s desktop.

In the left side menu, click on “Settings” and then on “Membership” (you will see this option on the bottom left in blue).

The page with all the details of your current plan will open.

Scroll down and you will find the sentence: “Change or upgrade your current membership plan >>”. Click on it.

A new window will open with your data already filled in. You can modify any of them if you wish, or simply click on “Confirm”.

The system will take you directly to the plan table.

Choose the new plan you want and click “Subscribe now”.
⚠️ Very important: if you currently have the free plan and are upgrading to a higher plan, you must not reselect the free plan. If you do, the system will detect possible fraud and will automatically block your account.
