Of course! With the “Pickup” option, buyers can complete the transaction directly with you. This is ideal if you want to facilitate in-person sales or handle payments via other methods.

To upgrade or change your plan, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the platform with your usual account.

  2. Log in to “My Space”, your selling artist’s desktop.

  3. In the left side menu, click on “Settings” and then on “Membership” (you will see this option on the bottom left in blue).

  4. The page with all the details of your current plan will open.

  5. Scroll down and you will find the sentence: “Change or upgrade your current membership plan >>”. Click on it.

  6. A new window will open with your data already filled in. You can modify any of them if you wish, or simply click on “Confirm”.

  7. The system will take you directly to the plan table.

  8. Choose the new plan you want and click “Subscribe now”.

⚠️ Very important: if you currently have the free plan and are upgrading to a higher plan, you must not reselect the free plan. If you do, the system will detect possible fraud and will automatically block your account.
