At CalleArte+, we strive to ensure a satisfactory experience for our buyers and artists. However, we understand that situations may arise where returns may be necessary. Below, we detail the applicable policies for both the store managed by CalleArte+ and the products sold by artists through our platform.
1. Products sold directly by CalleArte+ (CalleArte+ Shop)
1.1. Right of Return
- Buyers have the right to return products purchased in the store managed directly by CalleArte+ within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product, in accordance with e-commerce regulations.
1.2. Return Conditions
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories or documents included.
- The purchaser shall be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
1.3. Return Procedure
- Buyers should contact CalleArte+ via email at info@calleartemas.com indicating the reason for the return, photos of the product (if applicable) and the order number.
- Once approved, the product must be shipped to the address indicated by CalleArte+.
1.4. Reimbursement
- The refund will be processed within 7 business days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
2. Products sold by selling artists through CalleArte+.
2.1. Artist Vendor Return Policy
- Each artist is free to establish their own return policy. These must be clearly described in their store on the platform and comply with the applicable regulations.
2.2. Minimum Requirements for Artist Return Policy
- Artists must offer at least 7 calendar days for returns in case of manufacturing defects or damage during shipment.
- No returns will be accepted for reasons such as “change of mind” unless explicitly stated by the artist in their policy.
- The buyer must bear the return shipping costs, unless the reason is artist error or defective product.
2.3. Return Procedure
- The buyer must contact the artist directly through the CalleArte+ messaging system or the email address provided by the artist in his/her profile.
- Artists must respond to return requests within 3 business days and coordinate the process with the buyer.
2.4. Conflict Resolution
- If a disagreement arises between the buyer and the artist, CalleArte+ will act as mediator. For this, evidence (product photos, messages, shipping receipts, etc.) must be submitted within 7 days of the dispute.
- The final decision will be communicated within 10 working days.
3. General Exceptions
3.1. Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Customized works of art, created to order or adapted to the buyer’s specifications.
- Downloadable digital products once the transaction is completed.
- Damage caused by the buyer due to improper use or lack of care.
3.2. Partial or Denied Reimbursements:
- If the product arrives damaged to the seller due to a mishandled return by the buyer, full or partial reimbursement may be denied.
