CalleArteMas General Policy on Privacy, Use and Content –

At CalleArteMas we are committed to ensuring transparency, privacy and security for our users. This unified policy describes our practices in privacy, use of cookies, terms and conditions, intellectual property, payments, commissions, content management and participation in the educational platform (Academia CalleArteMas).

This general policy is intended to provide users with clear guidance on rights and responsibilities when interacting with CalleArteMas. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the conditions set forth herein.

2. Privacy and Cookies Policy

2.1. Privacy

We collect and process personal information for the following purposes:

In the case of the CalleArteMas Academy, academic data such as progress, certificates, courses enrolled, questionnaires and grades are also collected.

Terms and Conditions of Use

3.1. Access and Registration

• Users must provide valid information when registering.

• The account is personal and non-transferable.

3.2. Permitted Use

• It is forbidden to use the platform for illegal activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties.

• The intellectual property of the published works and content must be respected.

• At the Academy, unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content is prohibited.

3.3. Responsibility

CalleArteMas is not responsible for technical problems or temporary service interruptions.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. User Rights

The artists maintain the intellectual property of their works. CalleArteMas acts as an intermediary and may use the works for promotional purposes, always attributing the corresponding credit.

In the case of courses, instructors maintain the rights to the training materials they upload to the Academy, granting a limited license of use to CalleArteMas for learning management and promotion.

4.2. Infringement Reporting

Any copyright infringement should be reported to info@calleartemas.com.

5. Payments, Commissions and Transactions

5.1. Transactions

Purchases and payments made on the platform are processed through secure gateways such as Stripe and PayPal.

5.2. Commissions

• For in-store sales of physical and digital artworks, CalleArteMas retains a commission according to the plan contracted by the artist.

• For the sale of courses or training content, specific conditions will be applied as agreed with each instructor.

5.3. Returns and Refunds

Reimbursement requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To do so, please send an e-mail to info@calleartemas.com.

6. Content Upload and Responsibilities

6.1. Works and Courses Upload

Users must ensure that the uploaded content:

• Be original and do not infringe third party rights.

• Meet the established technical requirements.

• Is correctly categorized and described.

6.2. Prohibited Content

Offensive, illegal or inappropriate content may not be uploaded. CalleArteMas reserves the right to remove such content without notice.

6.3. Content Rights

By uploading works or courses, the user grants CalleArteMas a limited license for their promotion and publication on the platform.

7. CalleArteMas Academy

7.1. Registration and Participation

• Students must register with truthful data.

• Access to courses can be free or paid.

• Progress, grades and certificates generated are confidential.

7.2. Rights of Instructors and Students

• Instructors are responsible for the content they teach.

• Students must respect copyrights and not disseminate content without permission.

7.3. Evaluation and Certification

Completion of a course may include evaluation. The certificates issued have no official validity, but represent the recognition of the training within CalleArteMas.
