CalleArteMas Artist Vendor Relationship Policy –

At CalleArteMas, our commitment is to offer artists a transparent and accessible space for the promotion and sale of their work, ensuring that their income remains mostly in their hands. To ensure a clear and fair relationship, we establish the following conditions and rules for selling artists on our platform.

Participation Plans

CalleArteMas offers three annual plans adapted to the different stages of professional development of the artists:

• Free Plan
  Value: free
  Publishable works: up to 10
  Commission per sale: 80% for the artist
  Renewal: no renewal

• Professional Plan
  Value: 19 € per year (plus taxes)
  Publishable works: up to 50
  Commission per sale: 85% for the artist
  Renewal: per year according to established value

• Premium Plan
  Value: 25 € per year (plus taxes)
  Publishable works: unlimited
  Commission per sale: 95% for the artist
  Renewal: yearly according to established value

1. Use of CalleArteMas Stores

• CalleArteMas owns the stores hosted in its system and reserves the right to cancel or remove those that do not comply with the quality standards, rules of use or terms and conditions.

• An additional fee may be charged to artists who request that the technical team upload works, maintain the store or offer complementary services.

2. Income Distribution

• The goal of CalleArteMas is that the proceeds primarily benefit the artists.

• The selling artist will receive the corresponding percentage according to his plan:

  • Free Plan: 80%.

  • Professional Plan 85

  • Premium: 95%

• CalleArteMas will retain:

  • 20% on the Free Plan

  • 15% on the Professional plan and

  • 5% on the Premium plan

• This percentage will be allocated to:

  • Platform management costs

  • Publicity and promotion to increase artists’ visibility

  • Continuous technological maintenance

• For digital works per download, the commission retained is 10% of the amount of each sale.

3. General Terms and Conditions

• The freight shall be borne by the buyer or, failing that, by the seller.

• The prices of the works do not include 21% VAT. This will be added automatically at checkout.

• The corresponding commission is automatically deducted at the time of the transaction.

• Payment to the artist will be made net of the percentage applied, within the deadlines established by CalleArteMas.

• CalleArteMas will issue the invoice to the customer and withhold 21% VAT plus 5% tax liability.

• Artists must consider these taxes when setting their selling prices.

• Artists will have access to detailed sales reports and commission breakdowns.

• Additional services required by the artist will be quoted separately.

4. Obligations and Duties of Selling Artists

• Each store should have a custom logo and banner, reflecting the artist’s identity.

• Artists should actively promote their store link on social media.

• Images, descriptions and prices must be accurate and meet the platform’s standards.

• The sale of plagiarized works, offensive or copyright infringing content is not allowed.

• Artists are expected to respond professionally to buyer inquiries.
